About this tool
Add a PDF that already has fillable fields. The tool lists them, you type your answers, and you download a filled copy. The form never leaves your device.
Which fields are supported?
Existing text fields, checkboxes, dropdowns, lists and radio buttons. Read-only fields are left as they are, up to 200 fields per form.
Can I fill a scanned form?
No. A scan is only a picture. The PDF must contain real form fields, and XFA forms are not supported.
What does flattening do?
Flattening turns your answers into fixed page content so they can no longer be edited. It cannot be undone, so keep an editable copy.
Is my form uploaded?
Nothing is uploaded. The page can only make requests back to this site, and the site has no upload endpoint. You can confirm it in your browser's network panel.
What are the other limits?
Text uses a plain Latin font, so characters outside it are rejected before anything is saved. This tool does not sign documents, and password-protected PDFs are not supported.
