About this tool
Add one PDF, type the watermark text, set the size and opacity, and download a watermarked copy. The text is placed in the center of each selected page.
What can I set?
The text (up to 120 characters), the font size in points, the opacity from 1 to 100 (25 by default), and which pages get it.
Does a watermark hide the content underneath?
No. It is drawn over the page, and the original text and images are still in the file. It is not redaction.
Does my PDF leave my device?
Nothing is uploaded. The page can only make requests back to this site, and the site has no upload endpoint. You can confirm it in your browser's network panel.
What are the limits?
Text uses a plain Latin font, so other scripts are not supported. Rotated pages are not supported, so rotate them back to 0 degrees first.
Can I add an image watermark?
Not at the moment. This tool adds text only.
